This process increases the loan closing percentages two-fold.

Loan ranges are from $350,000+ for commercial Real Estate properties and business's nationwide. For loans requests that do not meet our lending criteria, we act as the correspondent to the funds managers and lenders who will lend on that particular transaction.

We find that when an experienced correspondent such as BlackHawk Capital refers a deal to a Funds Manager or Lender, the deal gets financed. Real Estate loan amounts less than $350,000 are considered on an individual basis, and are funded through our correspondent program.
