BlackHawk Capital Partners, LLC was founded on the principles of combining customer service with integrity and due diligence, and providing the best financing available for each and every transaction presented. 


As a result of successful closings of millions of dollars in commercial real estate loans in the United States, BlackHawk Capital Partners has become a direct correspondent of business and commercial real estate loans of $ 350,000+  on commercial real estate properties and business income producing and commercial real estate properties and SBA loans.  BlackHawk Capital Partners sees a great niche in our market to finance or place loans recently turned away by another banker or lender.  With our many years of experience and relationships BlackHawk has either financed or placed loans successfully that have been recently turned away or declined by a previous lender.

 

As part of our business expansion plan, we recently have become mortgage bankers and have become established as a direct correspondent and a conduit to Wall Street investment firms,  thereby providing a wider array of services for our clients.  Our services include but are not limited to commercial real estate loans and asset based loans.


Currently, in today's market, mortgage bankers must know the underwriting guidelines and the different products and quirks in the ever-changing marketplace. For loans that fall outside our lending guidelines & programs, we at BlackHawk Capital will act as the mortgage bankers and leverage our direct correspondent relationships with the funds managers and lenders. Black Hawk excels in assisting our clients into obtaining the correct funding they require.


With the current availability of lender information, loans are reaching the desks of lenders quickly. This causes a backlog and lenders are sifting through the paperwork trying to determine the feasibility of the loan requests. Here at BlackHawk, we have the capacity and experience to underwrite most loan requests.


When a loan is sent to  funds management from BlackHawk, it receives  immediate attention. Letters of interest and formal applications are turned around quickly. That's another value added service BlackHawk Capital Partners provides to our clients. We are constantly evaluating and customizing our services to provide our clients with the fastest, most efficient loan that works with their particular situation. 


For loan consideration please provide the following documents to our underwriting team:

  • Loan request executive summary
  • Digital photos of front, side, rear and inside
  • Personal financial statement on all borrowers/entities (30 days old)
  • Copy of the last three months bank statements - all accounts
  • Current rent roll & expenses up to last month
  • Income & expenses for last two years
  • Borrowers resume
  • Credit scores if known


Without this information, we will not  be able to evaluate your loan request.
